One of our partners, Next Phase Academy, are looking to help provide more rugby opportunities for U18 girls.
Unless a player is at a 'rugby college', they are unlikely to get the opportunity to play rugby through their school and many clubs are struggling to provide 15-a-side opportunities.
Next Phase Academy is looking to arrange matches against established rugby colleges and schools, using their players and a cluster of sixth form girls from local schools.
Next Phase Academy will arrange fixtures and the pitch bookings at Aylesbury Rugby Club and/or away travel. As well as experienced and qualified coaches and medical cover
The schools (or parents) commitment would be to arrange the girls' release from school and their transport to Aylesbury Rugby Club. Home fixtures would KO off at 2:30pm (away matches may vary).
