BGRC FITNESS CHALENGE
We are running a fitness challenge for everyone playing girls rugby in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire or Hertfordshire.
You can do it for fun or use it to help raise some additional funds for girls rugby.
CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE
Option 1
Plank Challenge - 90 Minutes of Plank
This amounts to 10 minutes of planks a week. You can do this however you want. You don't need to be able to do 10 minute planks, 20 x 30 second planks a week will get it done.
Option 2
Run Challenge - 6x 5KM runs (recorded)
You can do this on your own, or via Park Runs. Maybe do some Park Runs as a team?
Option 3
Mix it Up Challenge - 3 x 5km runs and 50 minutes Plank
Can't choose? Why not do a bit of both?
Option 4
For the girls in the Bucks PDG, why not fund raise around the Bucks PDG Training Plan?
Option 5
Make up your own challenge. As long as you are clear on your Just Giving page, what it is you are doing to raise money, go for it.
